TREES ARE GOOD

We are excited to announce the **NEW RELEASE** and first ever cider from our Cambridgeshire orchard

‘TREES ARE GOOD’

‘Trees Are Good’ is a late orchard blend using apples from our Oakington Orchard, Cambridgeshire.

We planted up this orchard 9 years ago, and in 2020 we harvested and pressed our first 200 litres.

Trees Are Good uses a blend of bittersweet cider apples – Dabinett, Yarlington Mill, Chisel Jersey, Gilly & Amanda.

The young trees from our orchard have created delicate apple skin & rose water aromatics with a juicy balance of blackcurrant, lemon drop & honey with a soft tannic finish.

It is a whole juice, wild ferment dry cider available in 500ml bottles or Bag in box.

Proceeds from the sales of this cider go to ‘TREES ARE GOOD CIC’ which does annual tree planting projects specialising in planting edible trees with local communities.

In Autumn, we will be starting our first Cambridgeshire planting project in partnership with Nightingale Community Orchard and the Tree Team, Cambridge City Council at Nightingale Recreation Ground which is walking distance from Addenbrooks Hospital.
